- A Land Use Bylaw (LUB) is a living document. It changes and evolves as a municipality develops.
- The LUB outlines the rules and regulations for development within the Town and guides decision-making processes for development permits and subdivisions.
- The current iteration of the Land Use Bylaw has been in effect since September 17, 2014.
- You can apply to amend the land use bylaw in two different ways: textual amendments and land use district changes.
- Visit the LUB Page to learn more.
