Strategic Plan

Every Council develops a Strategic Plan to guide its work over a four-year term. The plan outlines Council’s Vision, Mission, and Values, providing insight into its purpose and aspirations, along with six strategic priorities that serve as key focus areas for decision-making on programs, services, and investments.

While the priorities are not ranked in order of importance, together they form a roadmap for the Town, helping Council and administration respond to current community needs while planning for future opportunities.
