The Town of Strathmore places a high value on Customer Care. All staff aspire to our vision of setting the standard as we work to provide services, to answer your questions and to help with your needs.

Our Customer Care team helps with everything from paperwork, to help outlining the steps to access Town programs and services.
Online municipal services are also accessible through a My Strathmore account, and here on our website.

You can reach our staff by email and phone during office hours 8:30am - 4:30pm.
The Town has many other municipal facilities where you are welcome to either visit, call or email with questions or for help with a project or service need.

Utility Accounts, Bills & Payments

The Utilities Department distributes utility bills and collects payments for metered water and sewer, and garbage collection, and manages the installation of water meters for properties in the Town of Strathmore.
