Strathmore Motor Sports Centre Program Information

Seniorcise:

This low-impact aerobic exercise program has been developed specifically for senior adults. Feel great while improving your flexibility, balance, and overall health.

Cardio & Strength Conditioning:

This high-energy class combines heart-pumping cardio with full-body strength training to improve endurance, build muscle, and burn calories. Expect a mix of dynamic movements, resistance exercises, and intervals designed to challenge all fitness levels. Get ready to sweat, tone, and boost your overall fitness!

Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy, Latin-inspired dance fitness program designed for all skill levels, combining fast and slow rhythms to tone the entire body

Kickboxing

This high-energy kickboxing class combines striking techniques, conditioning, and cardio to build strength, speed, and confidence. Participants will learn proper punches, kicks, and combinations while improving endurance and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided as needed.

  • Please note: All participants are required to bring and wear their own hand wraps for safety and support during class

Friday Express Barre & Stretch

Kick things off with an express 30-minute barre class to fire up your muscles and get that energy flowing. Then stick around for a soothing 30-minute stretch session to unwind, lengthen, and leave feeling amazing from head to toe.

Perfect for all levels — come move, breathe, and treat yourself!

Keep your 2-7 year old's engaged in play, fun activities, and helps create healthy habits! Ages2-5 sessions will focus on fundamentals of movement. Some programs will be designed to send kids home with new skills from different sports.

Ages calculation is done by session end date, if you would like your child in a different age category please call or email us.

January - June are now open for registration.
Please call if session is full - we may have room if some kids wont be there or if we can get a second staff member.

TRX equipment is now available when you drop-in at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre! Regular admission rates will apply, learn more here. 

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It's a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
