Planning Applications Dashboard (PAD)
The Planning Applications Dashboard (PAD) is intended to provide an information summary for each planning application that has been received by Development Services since January 1, 2025. Any planning applications received prior to January 1, 2025 are not available through PAD at this time.

Building Permit Statistics
Building permit statistics provide frequent and up-to-date information on construction trends in Strathmore. Each report also shows year-to-date values and provides a comparison to the previous year. Please note that reported building values represent the estimated construction value of issued building permits and are not intended to represent actual construction starts.
