There's always something to do thanks to the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre.

The Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre is an indoor, year-round recreation facility for residents and organized sports groups for Strathmore and surrounding area.

Our indoor, year-round public recreation facility is connected to George Freeman Elementary School and is used for providing sports and fitness-based programs and drop-in activities.
Facility spaces are capable of hosting everything from cultural events, social occasions, and performing arts, to business oriented uses such as trade shows and conferences.

Service Animal Information

Dogs trained to aid or to guide individuals with visual, hearing, or other disabilities are permitted in the facility. The owner must ensure that the service dog is under control at all times. Service dogs must be:

Trained by an ADI (Assistance Dogs International) accredited organization, or
Trained by a school that meets the qualifications of the International Guide Dog Federation's standards, or successfully tested through an approved Alberta testing facility (as per the Alberta Service Dogs Act)
Have training identification, and
Must wear a service animal vest and appropriate harness.
