Planning and Development Applications

To offset the cost of reviewing and issuing decisions on planning, development, and safety code applications, there are fees associated with each. These fees are established through the Consolidated Fees Bylaw  which can be viewed under the 'Financial Bylaws' drop down menu on our Bylaw page.  To confirm the cost of your development application, please reach out to development@strathmore.ca.

Building and Utility Permits

The Town works with Park Enterprises to review and issue Building, Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Permits. You can review the fee schedules below. Please note the following fee schedules are current as of November 15, 2023 and take effect January 1, 2024. For most up to date rates, please reach out to development@strathmore.ca or review the consolidated fees bylaw.
