Lions Outdoor Rink

A year round, outdoor recreation facility

The Lions Regional Outdoor Rink was built in 2015 by a committed group of Strathmore residents. 

• It is a year round, outdoor recreation facility open free of charge to the general public.
• The rink is located at the entrance to the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society Park (off Wheatland Trail).
• It is flooded for natural ice in the winter by the Strathmore Parks Department.
• Lights are on every evening so skating and ball hockey can be enjoyed in the early evenings.

Everyone is welcome to share the space, making room for all to recreate their way.
