Be a part of the action! We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Sports Centre Attendants at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre. Reporting to the Sports Centre Manager, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for facility patrons.
This position requires the ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What You’ll Do:
As a Casual Sports Centre Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, opening and closing duties, ensuring the safety and security of the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre and its patrons, light equipment maintenance/cleaning, and the processing of memberships/drop-in admissions. You will also be required to assist with program delivery (score keeping, equipment set-up & take down, etc.)

Successful applicants will possess the following:
- Possession of current Intermediate First AID/CPR C certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to create a welcoming and safe environment and enforce facility rules
- Ability to perform general labour, including lifting and moving sports equipment up to 50 lbs (soccer nets, lacrosse nets, volleyball nets, etc.)
Our interview questions are intended to assess the following behaviours:
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, and also as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff and with facility patrons
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances, including strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
