We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic public service environment.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the Director, Strategic, Administrative & Financial Services, the Senior Executive Assistant will play an important role in maximizing leadership productivity and ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, expense claim management, and support with corporate communication. A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to handling confidential matters with discretion are essential for success in this role.

Successful applicants will demonstrate on their resume:
- Post-secondary education, and 2 - 5 years administrative experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Experience in a municipal government environment is preferred

- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote
