Lost and Found Pets

The Town of Strathmore's Enforcement Team, working with other staff, works hard to reunite lost pets with distraught owners. We know that pets are a cherished member of your family, and that's why we are sharing information here that we hope will help.

• An alert of a lost or found pet may be placed on this page Please subscribe to the Town's official social media channels for timely notifications. 
• Lost animals are kept at the Town of Strathmore in a holding facility. Animals with identification are held for ten days and animals with no identification are held for three days.

Town of Strathmore Animal Control is administered by Municipal Enforcement. They can be reached at: 403-361-2112.

We also partner with the Happy Cat Sanctuary of Alberta, located in the Town of Starthmore.
