NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice of Appeal on Development Permit D22-126 for the
Property Located at 279 Highland Circle, Strathmore, AB – Plan 0213125, Block 8, Lot 12

The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) received a Notice of Appeal on November 17, 2022. The SDAB will hear the appeal on:

• Date(s): Monday, January 9, 2023
• Time: 6:00 p.m.
• Location: Town of Strathmore Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 1 Parklane Dr., Strathmore, AB

Adjacent landowners may have the right to be heard by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Affected persons include people who speak in favour or against the decision being appealed.
Please provide any written and/or visual presentations to the SDAB clerk no later than noon on January 6, 2023.
The Development Permit Application, Notice of Decision, and Notice of Appeal are available for review at the Strathmore Municipal Building, at 1 Parklane Dr. during regular business hours, being 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
