1. Consent Agenda

Council adopted the following reports through the consent agenda:

· Regular Council Meeting Minutes – May 15, 2024

· 2024 Capital Budget Amendment – Aerial/Ladder Truck Water Pump

· Royal Canadian Airforce Flyby Authorization Letter

· Application for the Alberta Municipalities 2024 Dedicated Senior Team Award

· 2025-2026 Marigold Library System Agreement

· WHMB Minutes – Special Meeting – May 9, 2024

· STARS 2023 Impact Report

· Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 10 – Thank You Letter

· Letter from Municipal Affairs – Ministerial Order.

2. Bylaws

· There was a public hearing for the Land Use Bylaw Amendment to build a duplex at 62 Lakeside Blvd, Council passed this bylaw.

· Council set a Public Hearing for July 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Garden and Garage Suites Bylaw.

· Urben Hen Bylaw No. 24-11 was passed by Council with unanimous consent.

3. Business

The following points were discussed and approved by Council.

· Request for decision for the Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average Transition.

· Request for decision for the budget amendment regarding Wildflower Road.

· Corporate Strategic Plan and Financial Plan Quarterly Report – Q1 2024

4. Council Information and Inquiries

During questions between Councillors and Council statements, Councillor Montgomery made a presentation regarding the proposed lodge and hospice.
