In attendance: Mayor Fule, Deputy Mayor Peterson, Councillor Langmaid, Councillor Mitzner, Councillor Montgomery, Councillor Wegener, Councillor Wiley

• Administration presented to Council regarding the Design Standards and Procedures for Development and Subdivision Infrastructure Policy. Administration is recommending that this Policy be rescinded as it has become out of date. It would be replaced with the Engineering Design and Construction Standards Manual.
• Administration presented an amendment to the Community Standards Bylaw, Bylaw 13-05.  The Town has received correspondence from members of the public who wish to appeal their notice for the costs of snow removal. The amendment would allow for this appeal process to take place. Administration is in the process of developing a new Community Standards Bylaw, as the current bylaw needs updating. The new bylaw will be brought to Council at a future date.
