Fireworks, Music, and Family Fun Light Up Strathmore for Canada Day
Residents and visitors are invited to come together in celebration of Canada Day as the Town of Strathmore hosts a full day of festivities honouring community spirit, culture, and national pride. Taking place on July 1, this vibrant annual celebration offers a wide range of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks finale.
Throughout the day, Kinsmen Park will be alive with activity, featuring local vendors, interactive experiences such as a petting zoo, and live performances that showcase the talent and diversity of the community. Attendees can enjoy a full lineup of entertainment on the main stage, including:
• 9:00 a.m. – Magic Show
• 9:30 a.m. – Expressions Dance Studio
• 10:45 a.m. – Flag Raising Ceremony
• 12:00 p.m. – Melissa Matheson
• 2:00 p.m. – Pegasus
