On occasion a utility invoice can get overlooked or misplaced, so why not contact the Utilities Department for further information on our Pre-authorized Payment Plan or Equalized Payment Plan?

Option 1.

With the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan your total Utility Bill will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 15^th of the month that the bill is due.

Option 2.

With the Budget Plan a set amount is withdrawn from your bank account of the 15^th of each month.

 In order to start on one of our plans: the following will come into effect

1. Your Utility Account with the Town of Strathmore must be paid in full
2. You must have banking privilege at a financial institution
3. Fill out and sign our Application form
4. Provide us with a void cheque or your banking information
