The Town requires the following in order to issue compliance:

• At least 2 original copies of the Real Property Report dated not more than 3 months from date of request for compliance.
• Statutory Declaration if the Real Property Report is dated more than 3 months from request for compliance.

If the Real Property Report complies with all Land Use Bylaws, applicable permits are in place, (ie decks, garages, etc.), and there are no encroachment into Rights of Ways, a stamp of compliance will be issued.

If the Real Property Report does not comply, the Town will request applications for building and or development permits, encroachment agreements, etc., whatever is needed to comply.
