If you are purchasing a Mobile Home in a Mobile Home Park you will receive an annual tax notice. This notice will be based on the assessed value of the Mobile Home only, the owner of the Mobile Home Park is responsible for the payment of the taxes on the land. If the Mobile Home is moved into the park during the year, a supplementary notice will be sent to you.
